Victory Sports Performance Training program has developed a unique athletic training system, unlike any other in the Princeton area. Youth performance training at its best, featuring highly qualified Certified Strength & Conditioning Trainers.

Speed, Agility, Quickness, Balance and Conditioning is the focus!  All skill levels and experience are welcome; from the Elite Athlete to the individual looking for a fun way to stay-in-shape, Trainers adapt to all fitness levels.

Featured Speed & Agility Trainer: Darius Young – Victory Sports Director of Performance Training, Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach. Coach Darius truly believes in the development of a well-rounded athlete, he explains, “An athlete must be focused on their ability to achieve their greatest athletic potential by a continued focus on athletic speed, agility, balance, power and conditioning.”

Coach Darius has been a Certified strength & conditioning coach for over 10-years and is currently the Strength Coach at Princeton Day School.

PROGRAM FEATURES:

  • All sessions will take place at Grover Park (Field #1), located in the Princeton Shopping Center
  • Well-maintained, multi-purpose natural turf and hard-surface training location.  Facilities are maintained by the Princeton Recreation Department
  • Conveniently located next to McCaffrey’s supermarket and other local shopping.
