Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Serving as the Victory Sports Complex Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Riddick will ensure that financial accuracy, transparency, and efficiency is achieved at all levels of VSC. Riddick’s will work to ensure that the financial risks of the company are mitigated, while at the same time maximizing profits. He will oversee and manage budgeting, cash management, financial statement preparation, internal audits, external auditors, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, tax management, financing, and any other duties as required in this position.
Mike Riddick has applied over 20 years of distinct financial experience toward his solutions based approach toward financial reporting, forensics, process/procedure development and compliance to hundreds of businesses, from Fortune 500 to small business ventures. At a major entertainment & resort establishment, Riddick utilized a wide-range and versatile accounting techniques in order to help build financial portfolios within the verticals of finance and financial operations, auditing, accounting process improvements, system redesign, forensic accounting and risk management. Financial strategy, implementation and execution, which were unmatched during his tenure with the company.

Riddick’s diverse career path includes having overseen the operational management of global finance initiatives for numerous clients including Crown Holdings, Lippencott, Lannett Company, and Safeguard Scientific Corporation. These financial and accounting initiatives included the relocation of accounting operations, the implementation of strategic Systems Operations and Products (SAP), process development and improvement, implementation of global financial systems, and assisting small businesses with startup related financial management strategies. Riddick was the CFO and Controller at Autotote Corporation when they assisted with, and managed the building and refurbishment of Delaware Park in Christiana, Delaware. Riddick has led various investigative accounting matters for clients including fraudulent reporting, asset theft, and corruption.

Riddick, a 1993 graduate of Bucknell University where he received an academic scholarship to play football, is a Princeton High School alum where he was selected All-State in Football and Track. He is married to Karen Riddick and has four kids.
